You can use the cogwheel when at the place when selecting a job to change the trailers and if its available, a double could be selected that way. So long as the prefabs support the extended length, they should be available to most of the Scandinavian prefabs as long as the starting job ends in Scandinavia.
Update v1.2: MAN TGX EfficientLine 3 now unlockable at Level 0. Due to a bug in the uploader, the old versions had to be deleted from the mod. This version goes from 1.30. All truck and trailer parts are unlocked right at the beginning. I didn’t see why you have to have a conscientious level to be able to buy certain truck parts.
