Here's a quick tutorial for you guys on how to equip whatever you want to your companions in Mount & Blade II Bannerlord. It's super simple and hope it helps This needs to be fixed, even for low # of companions. Side note - the smithing menu only loads like 10 companions. Not that big of a deal since you don't need that many smiths, but smithing could be a good way to power level some free skill points otherwise. Gearing companions wasn't that big of a deal. Mostly, the BiS weapons were easy to

But don't panic, up to eight heroes can be recruited without conflicts; we could say that there are two "loops of conflict", one with two "five heroes" branches and other with two "three heroes" branches, and you can combine any group of five with any other of three: Groups of five: A) Artimenner, Borcha, Matheld, Lezalit and Rolf.
children are not implemented fully yet. when they grow of age and become characters, they have 0 stats, 0 ability to learn anything new, and 5-20 in every skill. so in terms of actually using them for anything, they are terrible i have read that wanderers get generated as you play but i cannot confirm this myself one way or another
Because we have the ability to create Companion Groups, we should have the ability to cross-party equip them. Cross-Army interactions need to be in there, too. Engineer: benefits exclusively from engineering to raise siege engine production and difficulty. Quartmaster: benefits exclusively from stewardship to raise party size. Surgeon: benefits exclusively from medicine to raise survival chance and and healing rate. The advanced roles have to deal with fiefdoms and clan managment in the later game but As a ruler, how many companions can you make vassals? Is there a limit? I've read some might leave if you don't gift them fiefs. Is there an optimal number to give? I have about 6 companions I've gifted fiefs, they made their clans, but usually when there's a vote the same 2-3 clans show up in the vote. At first it'll show me with say 12%. Aug 11, 2014. #2. As far as I am aware, you can get 3 "noble" companions from each "religion", so 3 from a catholic held location, 3 from an orthodox location, 3 from muslim (?) and 3 from pagan (?) sorry can't remember them all offhand. Interestingly, I had hired 5 mercenary companions from towns, but a lord from the same faction as me

However, wanderer companions, aka “normal” companions, have an upper limit which is decided by your clan tier: Clan Tier 0 -> 3 Companions; Clan Tier 1 -> 4 Companions; Clan Tier 2 -> 5 Companions
They upgrade troops and replace lost troops. If they are losing too many troops in battle try upping their medicine skill. Otherwise they may always have "green" troops. If you are using mods, all bets are off and you should have opened with that. Last edited by GIJoe597 ; Apr 3, 2023 @ 9:44am.

The game can be "completed" (well, all cities can be conquered) within 40 hours. But it all depends on how quickly you want to build your armies and whether you want to go on conquests, or slowly explore the world, talk to its inhabitants, etc. However, Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord is a game with an open world and no "real ending". In the game
