I had an iPhone xs and it felt faster than the S10 and it supposedly has 120 hz touch sampling rate. So that would have to mean the S10 is below 120 hz. I found out that it actually is at 90 hz. That explains what I've experienced with the input lag. Max Winebach did a test to prove it.
Honestly S20+ isn't much of an upgrade from an S10+ other than 5G capability. I would wait a few months until the new S series.
