Heya folks, so I've been trying out GW2 for the first time and quite enjoying it. However theres one issue thats quite annoying. Launching the game, getting to the character selection screen, double clicking/pressing play and then nothing happens, play button gets greyed out. To check where the gw2.exe connects to, follow these steps: run gw2. press CTRL SHIFT ESC. Performance tab and click Resourcemonitor on bottom. click Network tab, click gw2.exe and open TCP-Connections on the bottom. Under latency you´ll see your ping. For WvW the population of the Oceanic servers could just piggy back onto some low population servers that get decided upon in the US. For PvP it should match up with Oceanic servers first, and then broaden out to US.
